This was photographed in Sabah by Jamiun Michael, whose permission I have to post here.
I could not see anything similar in the gallery.

I hope someone can provide an id.

In my mind is same beetle there as Epicasta ocellata Thomson, 1864... Wrong? Evidently, it is not a Desmiphorini.

Body length 30-35 mm (according to Jamiun).
I did not realise he had a frontal shot too. I hope this helps.

Dear Colleague,

This species does not appear to be known to me. I have a good representation of most Cerambycidae from Sabah, however there are still many undescribed species.

Please, if it possible, indicate the size of the specimen, since that usually reduces the amount of reading necessary to find a similar species in the literature.
