19 mm. Mae Hong Son, North Thaïlande. (Thanks Jiri)
This one could be Blepephaeus lemoulti (Breuning, 1938)

Il est très possible : la région géographique est la même et cette espèce manque dans la révision de Breuning de 1943-44.
Mais il faudrait, au moins, savoir si Gressitt s'était aperçu de la ressemblance avec lemoulti.

other possibility : Blepephaeus luteofasciatus (Gressitt, 1941) like here

I see synonymous everywhere

Yes, I saw that,...
For the pattern, the black mark in the first yellow band fits very well, I think.

The species was described on the basis of a female... (maybe) the male lacks this character.

Picture of Blepephaeus lemoulti (Breuning, 1938) from Laos fauna (1970). I don't recognize bicolor antenna ;
The description by Breuning in Novitates entomologicae (Agniini) is unclear.
