ok with Pascoe's description, but I know nothing about this species.
I found the drawing of Neopharsalia Costeri Poll, 1886 = Myagrus hynesii Pascoe, 1878 following Titan database :



NEERVOORT VAN de POLL J. R. H., 1886. On a new longicorn genus and species, belonging to the Agniidae. Notes from the Leyden Museum 8 (1): 27-28, pl. 1.
