Breuning's description in Novitates Entomologicae, Agniini fits with this specimen.

Did you check Blepephaeus infelix (Pascoe, 1856)?
Also Blepephaeus lemoulti (Breuning, 1938) has a similar pattern, but the former seems more probable.
