I do not find the relevant tribe of this one...
from Sabah / 13 mm ; internal side of antennal segments hairy.

The specimen looks greasy or dirty. But it very much appears to be the same species which I post here, except it must be a female. It is one of many undescribed species (>20 or 30) in the tribe Monochamini / Lamiini that I have seen. It should be placed in the genus Thylactomimus (per Hudepohl, pers. comm. 1999) and I have seen perhaps 15 or 20 specimens of this over the years. Hence, I would say that it is not rare, as opposed to the other Thylactomimus in Borneo and Malaysia ( T. albolateralis ) which is rather rare. I am not aware if Eric Jiroux is working on this description, although he is probably well aware of its existence.
