No: Anhammus consperus belongs to Nephelotus and has a very small lateral tubercle at each side of the prothorax.
It is really Anhammus dalenii, possibly the subspecies tessellatus Heller, 1926 (Sumatra) or malayanus Hayashi, 1975 (Malacca). They differ weakly one from another.

It is more similar to Anhammus conspersus Thomson, 1865
Big size, about 40-45 mm?
