This seems to be different from Serixia longicornis: the pronotum is distinctly more punctate.

I agree, it is a Serixia s. str., but not longicornis.

It is very close to Serixia literata (Pascoe, 1858: 155).
Description in the library, picture below (a bit different from the description but notice the black strips).
