Posted - 21/12/2017 : 17:35:19 Yes Mono, I think you are right ! Glenea pieliana Gressitt, 1939 has "dense white pubescence at apex of third segment" and yellowish hairs on pronotum & elytra.
My holotype picture of Glenea acutoides Schwarzer, 1925 = Glenea albosignata Pic, 1943 from MNHN (Taiwan) shows a specimen with bands on elytra, and seems very close to Glenea pieliana Gressitt, 1939.
