In all likeliood.
Glenea cantor m. vitticollis Breuning, 1958 is present in the key, but I have no description.
This form is erroneously mentioned as a morph of Stibara obesa in Laimiaries du Monde (here) and completely forgotten in the Titan Base.
Thus, I do not know its typical locality.
G. grossepunctata Breuning, 1958 is present in the Gallery (here), but it has black shoulder.
Possibly, grossepunctata is a subspecies of cantor.
Neither of them has been recorded from the Malayan peninsula, but I think that the former one is the right ID.

You name it Glenea vitticollis???? I don't know this species...

Interesting!
There is a morph (variety? subspecies?) of cantor with two longitudinal bands like this: vitticollis Breuning.
Nonetheless, Glenea (Stiroglenea) grossepunctata Breuning, 1958 has the same pattern, but blackish (rather than reddish) shoulders.
Neither of these species is present in Malaysia. |
