Yes, in the original publication, it is Oberea conicus Wang, Jiang & Zheng, 2002. In Catalogue of Palaearctic Coleoptera Vol.(P297), it is Oberea conica.
bl4562 Posted - 02/09/2014 : 15:29:50
I compare with the original description and I think it is Oberea conica.

Not a good shot, sorry. But may be it's enough...
The drawing fits well. Is it Oberea conicus Wang, Chiang & Zheng, 2002 ?

It might be Oberea conica. but I am not very sure.
It could be better to show the speciemen in ventral and lateral view.

yes, ...but that's what I said.

It is not Oberea notata. Could you please show the specimen in lateral and ventral view?

Oberea notata Pic, 1936 syntype MNHN,
image from KURIHARA Takashi, 2009. Review of the Genus Oberea from Continental Asia

As I said, it's another species.

Xavier Posted - 10/03/2014 : 14:22:08

Xavier Posted - 05/01/2014 : 20:48:30
Yes, I have a picture of Oberea notata Pic, but it's not necessary to post it : this species has black head and different black spots on the pronotum...
Sergi Posted - 05/01/2014 : 20:39:12
Thanks for your help Xavier. Have you a photo of Oberea notata????
Xavier Posted - 05/01/2014 : 20:27:14

Well, I have the same species from Laos (north-east), and I discover by reading KURIHARA Takashi, 2009. Review of the Genus Oberea from Continental Asia it's not Oberea notata Pic as I thought .
So, I don't know, but with such pattern, it should be easy !
