I'd say yes: Oberea erythrocephala schurmanni Heyrovskı, 1962.
In Turkey also O. erythrocephala amanica Holzschuh, 1993 (Northeast Turkey, all black) and the typical form (European Turkey and surroundings) are widespread.

Amaurostoma was synonymised by Breuning (1962), though certain "entomologists" have not read this revision after 50 years yet...
