Seems to belong to Phytoeciini (or Saperdini, not for discussion).
Very hairy, two kinds of punctuation in elytra.

Well, there are 35000 Cerambycidae species in the World. The probability to take photo of a new one is high
I am happy this time all the beetles received their names.
Thank you a lot.

No problem
Well; hence, it is a male of Mystrocnemis bicolor bicolor Aurivillius, 1914.
The original description is in the digital Library here (p. 42-43).

It also is the first picture of a species of this genus on the Web... a thing to which we are already used

That is exactly what I meant about Saperdini - Phytoecini.
Sorry for missing locality. I placed several beetles at the Forum that day. All came from Tanzania. This one as well.

I'd say a representative of the genus Mystrocnemis Quedenfeldt, 1882.
The genus belongs to Saperdini for Lamiaires as well, which strangely conserves Phytoecini for other genera.
Where is it from?
