Actually, it is just Mallosia tristis.

According to the last revision by Özdikmen H. & Aytar (2012), species of Semnosia show annulate antennae (cf. here). In reality, you can observe this character in other species as well, e.g. Mallosia (Eusemnosia) interrupta (here).

Mallosia (Semnosia) scovitzii (Faldermann, 1837) for me.
Confirmation ?
