I think it is Glenea taeniata Thomson 1860, since it is identical to the type of the synonym G. sandakana Aurivillius.

Most specimens figured as "algebraica" in Larry's site are evidently misidentified (please observe the pronotal band of both types).

Glenea algebraica (Thomson, 1857) probably.
