I think it is
Glenea taeniata
Thomson 1860, since it is identical to the type of the synonym
G. sandakana
Aurivillius.
Most specimens figured as "
algebraica
" in Larry's site are evidently misidentified (please observe the pronotal band of both types).

Glenea algebraica
(Thomson, 1857) probably.
