Posted - 06/02/2022 : 10:59:53 If this is what I think your beast may be new? Indeed I have a specimen from the same place (Zimbabwe, Mt Selinda). I have annotated it with a provisional name (still not described because I have only seen one specimen which is in my collection!): Dyenmobactris werneri nov gen n sp. and it is therefore not a Nupserha in my eyes! Strong antennae, 3 ridges on the elytra, a very clear hump on the pronotum, appendiculate hooks, and common characters with Poecilobactris and Dyenmonus . What I had written was a draft and Teocchi had also told me at the time that the beast did not tell him anything at all! That's it for now and tell me what you think?
Nevertheless, I will have to do a little more investigation....
