Top row: Glenea bellona female & male - from Sabah
Bottom row: Glenea propinqua 4 Males and 1 (?)female. - from Sabah
Larry's Glenea is still propinqua in my opinion, despite the color of the legs. My specimens have a variable apical mark on the elytra... in fact a lot of Glenea have some variation .. if you have have series of a species with markings.
G. bellona is more robust, with shorter antennae. In fact the female is one of the largest Glenea that I ever seen except for G. bankoi

you might be on to something here, Andre.
This specimen seems to agree with Dan's photo of the type of
G. bellona albomaculata m. borneana Breuning.

The holotype specimen of Glenea propinqua Gahan, 1897 from Singapore has predominantly black legs, and a different white pattern on the apex of the elytra. |

I have this labeled as G. propinqua Gahan, a name given to me by Hudepohl. |
