Larry's Glenea is still propinqua in my opinion, despite the color of the legs. My specimens have a variable apical mark on the elytra... in fact a lot of Glenea have some variation .. if you have have series of a species with markings.
G. bellona is more robust, with shorter antennae. In fact the female is one of the largest Glenea that I ever seen except for G. bankoi

This specimen seems to agree with Dan's photo of the type of G. bellona albomaculata m. borneana Breuning.
