11 à 13 mm (3 ex.) Hua Phan, Xam Nuea, Nord Laos.
Probablement la même espèce, prise au vol dans des clairières. Étrange qu'une espèce aussi belle soit inconnue ! |

No, this pubescence does not correspond to that of Malloderma but of Paraglenea.
I think your species belongs to a Paraglenea of an unknown (new?) species. |

Yes. But the elevated pubescence is not as much as and not as long as your Malloderma photo.
The first time I see this specimen (in live) wasn't much different from the photo I attached. |

Sorry for the mistake, I was wrong!
This is the original drawing of P. latefasciata, which is evidently another species. Moreover, the median band of your species, though fairly damaged, is front- and backward produced. |

It corresponds well enough to Paraglenea latefasciata Breuning, 1952, a species described from Vietnam.
It differs from the widespread P. fortunei (Saunders, 1853) for its elytral post-median blue band, which is not enlarged front- and backward. |
