Posted - 02/08/2012 : 21:03:54 A cause des poils dressés ? Bien ! On avance donc sur cette espèce. |

Posted - 02/08/2012 : 21:01:31 Mais dans la femelle la pubescence est très évidente: ils sont de Malloderma! |

Posted - 10/06/2012 : 11:52:01 No, this pubescence does not correspond to that of Malloderma but of Paraglenea. I think your species belongs to a Paraglenea of an unknown (new?) species. |

Posted - 10/06/2012 : 10:04:40 Thanks for your info. Yes. But the elevated pubescence is not as much as and not as long as your Malloderma photo. The first time I see this specimen (in live) wasn't much different from the photo I attached. |

Posted - 10/06/2012 : 07:45:29 I tried to clarify your picture. Is the body covered with elevated pubescence? In this case, your species might be closer to Malloderma. |

Posted - 10/06/2012 : 07:41:53 Sorry for the mistake, I was wrong! This is the original drawing of P. latefasciata, which is evidently another species. Moreover, the median band of your species, though fairly damaged, is front- and backward produced. |

Posted - 09/06/2012 : 23:16:24 It corresponds well enough to Paraglenea latefasciata Breuning, 1952, a species described from Vietnam. It differs from the widespread P. fortunei (Saunders, 1853) for its elytral post-median blue band, which is not enlarged front- and backward. |
