Après comparaison avec la photographie de type de Gressitt (Honolulu), je confirme que ce n'est certainement pas M. latefasciatipennis. |

Voici la description de M. latefasciatipennis in BREUNING Stephan, 1968. Contribution à la connaissance des Lamiens du Laos (Coll. Céramb.) 15ème partie et fin. Bulletin de la Société Royale des Sciences Naturelles du Laos 16: 3-44 + corrigenda, 9 figs.
Le spécimen que m'a donné Pierre n'a pas du tout le pronotum décrit par Breuning. La longueur des antennes ne correspond pas non plus, ni la taille du corps. Il s'agit donc d'une autre espèce. |

The length, 7 to 8.5 mm is too small, no? Breuning speaks about 16 to 18 mm for M. latefasciatipennis.
Could it be another species? |
