According to the TITAN database,

Sorbia tarsalis Pascoe, 1865 type locality: Sarawak (BMNH)

synonym # 1 Agelasta subtrigosa Pascoe, 1866 type loc: Penang (BMNH)
synonym # 2 Paraemocia malaccensis Breuning, 1935 type loc: Perak (Stockholm)

Pascoe's illustrations of S. tarsalis and A. subtrigosa look like different species. Apparently it was Breuning who did the synonymization.

Pascoe's illustration of S. tarsalis looks somewhat like my two specimens which Yamasako identified (2011) by photo, and one which Hudepohl id'd back in 1999. However Pascoe's illustration are sometimes not very accurate, as exemplified for his illustrations of Daxata sp. for example.

So, there are probably problems with the literature. And the photo by Loong Fah is probably an Agelasta, but not Sorbia.

Yamasako and Hudepohl also determined Sorbia tarsalis Pascoe for me. It is similar to the specimen shown above but I am rather sure it is not the same species.

Sorbia has more parallel-sideed elytra. The pattern on the elytra is slightly different.

Isn't this rather Agelasta (Dissosira) albomaculata Breuning, 1958 as illustrated by the HT uploaded by Xavier?

This is Sorbia tarsalis Pascoe,1865 in my collection determined by Yamasako.
