This is female of C. picticornis determined by Yamasako.

So, I think yours is not C. picticornis.

I think it's - Cacia picticornis Pascoe, 1858

It belongs to the genus Cacia.

A Pteropliini ? Hard to see...Could you give us the size of your specimen ?
