yes! this guy is Leptomesosa cephalotes (Pic, 1903), please see the holotype here: http://cerambycids.com/longicornid/default.asp?a=fs&id=676

No, I desagree with Gérard. L. cephalotes, here, has different pattern
Antenna are closer to Leptomesosa langana (Pic, 1917) but I don't recognize elytra pattern, ...so, I don't know for the moment
