It is Cacia (Ipocregyes) colambugana Heller, 1923, endemic from Mindanao.
Breuning's diagnosis was nearly unrecognisable; fortunately, Heller provided good diagnosis and drawing (at left).

Well, thanks to you we have achieved the larger gallery of identified Cacia!
