With 2 brown longitudinal stripes on vertex, etc, it is Falsomesosella bifasciata Breuning, 1938; also known from south India (tamil Nadu)

I have one F. grisella to compare.

Possible it's F. ceylonica but the antennomere seem different from those described.

I believe this Falsomesosella is near and closer to F. parvula. It comes from Tamil Nadu, which shares many species with neighboring Sri Lanka. Possible, it's another Falsomesosella known from South India.
