I've withdrawn my previous comment. I agree with you that it is probably Coptops annulipes.

I do not know : your specimens fit with C. annulipes in Breuning's key (1939), but I have never seen holotypes specimens of C. annulipes & C. lichenea.

Probably Coptops annulipes Gahan, 1864.
