Ok, ce n'est pas Mesosa (Saimia) quadriplagiata dont le pronotum est pourvu de sillons transversaux distincts (cf Breuning, 1938)

With these bumps on the pronotum, it belongs to the subgenus Mesosa (Saimia).
It fits with Breuning's description of Mesosa (Saimia) quadriplagiata (Breuning, 1935).
