Agreed, I can see two species possibly as well. One for the pending pile!

Your species could be Cacia (Ipocregyes) assamensis Breuning, 1948 which has " a post-median discal black spot in the shape of a transverse oval ":

C. yunnana has a wavy transverse black spot. In your specimen it is rounder.
Here you can see a laotian specimen, and picture from Breuning(1970, Laos fauna)
