At presence of certain experience - several minutes it is necessary on shooting, several minutes it is necessary on association picture by computer program (CombineZ, Helicon Focus or Zerene Stacker), and from half an hour ~ hour and a half on retouching.
Else needs some installation, device for exact and fluent offset of the camera or object on share of the millimeter (for a focusing). |

It is stacking method - final picture is from associations ~40 separate layers. So toilful job with consecutive retouching. And necessary good lens, certainly (Canon MP-E 65mm). |
