Guizhou, ~1200 m
Though it is not officially recorded in mainland China, it was reported being collected in Tianmushan, Zhejiang China (http://photo.blog.sina.com.cn/photo/5a45e071g598497181e61).

pseudolateralis? You mean Pterolophia pseudolunigera Breuning, 1938 ?

It seems that authors tend to consider formosana as a different species from lateralis (cf. here).

P. formosana would be the most coloured form widespread from Japan to Taiwan, but also in continental China (this post).

Similar specimens from Borneo (here) should belong to another species (P. lunigera).

P. lateralis (maybe synonym of pseudolateralis) should be the "less-coloured form" widespread in SE-Asia.

Actually, the original description and many authors (Aurivillius, Matsushita, Breuning, Lamiaires du Monde, BioLib) considered formosana as a form (variety, morph, subspecies) of Pterolophia lateralis (= lunigera).
This second species is widespread in Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, Borneo, Sumatra... and China!

I do not know the right taxonomy, but possibly, this form has already been recorded from China as simply lateralis or lunigera.

A picture of lateralis (the only one?) is present in this Forum here.
