Hi, a really tiny one, body length approx. 15 mm (excl. antennae). Found it in Krabi, Thailand. |

Posted - 19/08/2013 : 07:24:58 I checked the key to Grammoechus and it could not be atomarius or close species, due the atypical colour of the antennae. Original description (here, p. 254) and drawing did not mention this evident character either. |

Posted - 14/08/2013 : 01:35:40 It has wide protarsus and its body becomes gradually thinner to its apex.
I think it is rather doubtful that these features are well fitted to Mesosini.
It seems to belong to Grammoechus like G. atomarius (Pascoe, 1866) for me. |
