OK, I have it, looking at the key in Gressitt & Rondon, 1970

the difference is the subgenus; based on comparison of the length of the 3rd and 4th antennal segments.

I have named a similar specimen Pterolophia (Hylobrotus) postfasciculata Pic, 1934
