Hi Larry,
Obviously, this sp is different from F. grisella by basal elytron with a granulated row.
And it should be Macropraonetha pterolophioides (Gressitt, 1942), you can find the type photo on net. |

Ok, so it's Falsomesosella grisella (White, 1858).
Good data for Vietnam !

According to Junsuke Yamasako, this one is:
Falsomesosella grisella (White) 1858, described from Hong Kong and known from SE China and Taiwan. This record would be the first for Vietnam.
