Yes, this is probably a Pteropliini.

It appears to be rather small. ?? 7-8 mm?

There's only small chance of finding a name for species in this tribe. There are many new ones, many that have been described twice, and the holotypes are in so many different museums.

I like looking at species in this tribe, but I know I will never get many identified.

It looks like a Pterolophini sp to me.
