Unsure of this Callimetopus, seems to fit between Callimetopus irroratus and cynthia.

It is Callimetopus irroratus (Newman, 1842).
In Callimetopus cynthia (Thomson, 1865), the lateral spots are located more anteriorly (here the synonym Proteuclea sulphureomaculata):
