I'm nearly sure both sps are the same, and M. punctifrons Breuning, 1938 is a junior synonym of M. tonkinea (Pic, 1925)

Mispila punctifrons Breuning, 1938 is a species from Bungladesh, Here a picture of the type specimen .

But the type picture of Mispila tonkinea (Pic, 1925) is identical to your specimen.

May be, but I still don't understand the difference with Mispila tonkinea (Pic, 1925) like here
