Niphona (s. str.) tibialis Gahan, 1893, described from "Kanara".
It is the only species (together with N. pannosa Pascoe) with 3 apical teeth.

Niphona rondoni Breu. is from Laos, and not known from India.
I see 12 Indian species to check before thinking to N.rondoni.
