Hello all.
I have many Callimetopus species but this example does not seem to fit anywhere and shows similarities to capito and irroratus but it just seems too big.

Data: Female - 10-2014 - Dumaguete - Negros Oriental - Central Visayas - Philippines - 22 mm

Regards
Ben

This seems to fit the new species Callimetopus miroshnikovi 2016, well. Any thoughts?

Hi Ben,

do you know this (not satisfied) paper: Cruz,B.M.N. & Adorada,J.R. (2012): Six new species of the genus Callimetopus Blanchard (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae: Lamiinae: Pteropliini) from the Philippines. - Philippine Entomologist 26 (2): 103-119.
