It's Pterolophia ministrata (Pascoe, 1865), close to Pterolophia melanura (Pascoe, 1857),but with the lower lobes of the eyes the same length as the cheeks, the pronotum very finely punctuated, and a faint yellow macule on each side of the scutellum (cf. Breuning revision).

This is the typical character of this species (mela = black, ura = tail)
According to me, it is this species, though it has not been recorded from Sulawesi yet.

Yes, the last sternite is black, and shining in the middle,
the other sternites have dense setae covering them.

It seems Pterolophia melanura... is the last abdominal sternite black?
