P. crassipes (here) is very similar but it should have a black spot at each side of the pronotal base.

It might be Pterolophia (Hylobrothus) discalis Gressitt, 1951, such this specimen.

Il me semble qu'il pourrait s'agir de Pterolophia crassipes.
