Jaguarito, we have replied together! 
P. crassipes (here) is very similar but it should have a black spot at each side of the pronotal base. |

It might be Pterolophia (Hylobrothus) discalis Gressitt, 1951, such this specimen. |

Il me semble qu'il pourrait s'agir de Pterolophia crassipes. |
