I have maybe the same from Vietnam still without a name (but I don't trust the subgenus differentiation), Andre's spm looks a bit immature:

With 3rd antennomera shorter than 4th, I think it is a Pterolophia (Villosopraonetha) sp.
5 species in the subgenus. The only species of the area is Pterolophia (Villosopraonetha) nousopae Breuning, 1965 from Laos.
So, your species is possibly a new one.
