it might be Pteropliini.... I have seen numerous specimens of this species, or closely related ones.

Phesates ferrugatus Pascoe 1865 could be the name. Pascoe illustrated this species.

There is a similar-looking and similar-sized Mesosini, a new species, in the genus Mimocacia which Yamasako has been studying.
