I have a few specimens that are very close to the Pterolophia illicita shown in this post by Nicky:
http://www.cerambycoidea.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=20744

However, these specimens seem to have thicker pubescence, and the elytra more finely punctured. Are they the same?

I think these are same species.
