I do not recognize this species.
I have got 65 specimens from the Philippines and their pattern is stable: the lateral black spot is always present; the pronotal disc is never whitish.

this could be close to Pterolophia crassipes.
The markings on the dorsal surface could be a little variable, I suppose.
