I have this labelled as Pterolophia (Ale) anoplagiata Aurivillius, 1911.

Before you get too comfortable with that name, I must say that I am not completely confident about the name. I have about 8 or 10 specimens that all appear to be this species and they exhibit a lot of variation in the colors on the elytra. Some have extensive areas of white, and some have none.

This is a common species in Sabah, and it is very likely that Pascoe, Aurivillius and Breuning had seen it and surely one of them described it at least once.
