This is the best I could manage to get a snap of mid tibia...as Xaurus opine, I think it has very slight dent not prominently visible...attached below is the image of same...

at the picture I see an Apomecynini middle tibia, but maybe an artefact (schadow) by the picture, sometimes the furrow is very weak and bad visible, this spm looks like a Ropica generally.

Yes, without furrow, it should be a Pteropliini sp.
Apparently, there is only one species in subgenus Sociopraonetha : Pterolophia (Sociopraonetha) nigrocincta Gahan, 1894 from Myanmar . You can see here the holotype picture of one of his synonyme, which is not your species.

I confused for presence of the black hairs at mid tibial apex to furrow, my bad!...specimen doesn't have mid tibial furrow...then it should go to Pteropliini...eyes are sub divided...could this be in Pterolophia Sg. Sociopraonetha?

There is also Ropica gardneri Breuning, 1939 described from Tamil Nadu, but I do not know it.

Have you checked that your specimen have a furrow on mid tibias ?
So many Ropica sp. !... and I only know some holotype pictures , but your specimen with a light cross on back is close to this one
