Thank you for the correction...
I see small spine at inner apical side of antennomeres from 4th to 10th (exampler attached), so it should go to subgenus Trichopraonetha...with that combination (4th to 10th antennomeres with spines at apex), the one described is P. albofasciata.. on comparing with the description (poorly translated though) my specimen is closely allied to it...but I'm not sure whether it is right?
...any further suggestions are much appreciated...

I'd say a Pterolophia...
I do not know Ropica with such tufts of hairs. |
