Thanks to jplami Sir, Xavier Sir and of course Francesco Sir.
I have checked the charecter from the translated version of Fabricius. Though the description is inadequate, Following characters are matching:
Prothorax with two tubercles, elytra with a compressed tubercle at base, antennae short, with a tooth at base.
Elytra punctured, with a compressed tubercle at base, which follows with a raised ridge. Abdomen black, last segment white.
One character, at the middle of the elytra there is two tubercle which is not mentioned in Fabricius description. So on the basis of other rest characters it is P. inaequalis

Prothorax with two tubercles, elytra with a compressed tubercle at base, antennae short, with a tooth at base.
It inhabits in Tranquebar (= Tharangambadi), coll. Daldorff, Museum D. de Sehstedt.
Small for its genus, antennae short, black, with a raised tooth at base. Thorax unarmed, rounded, black; dorsal side whitish; with two compressed dorsal tubercles. Elytra punctured, with a compressed tubercle at base, which follows with a raised ridge. Abdomen black, last segment white. |

If the elytra character is matching with the original description. It is not clear to me. As it is in Latin. Can any one help please.

En fait, j'ai un autre photo de cette sp (enfin déterminée comme telle).
J'y ai de suite pensé avec ces antennes très fortes et courtes, plus la pubescence blanche. |
