Yes, it is Xiphotheata moellendorfii, but this genus belongs to the Pteropliini.

I would say a variation of X. moellendorfi (Flach, 1890), saundersii has a transverse white line at the hind border of the pronotum

This looks like Xiphotheata saundersii Pascoe, 1864
